Tiny little breakfast cafe with a Mexican hillbilly touch! The coffee and the food - absolutely amazing! Very cozy place!

Great place! We stopped here on our way our of Zion for breakfast. I had an omelette and my husband had a breakfast burrito. Both were delicious. The ingredients seemed very fresh and the portions we're sizeable. The presentation of the food was also very nice. The staff was super friendly and the decor is incereibly cute. All around they've nailed it at this place!

My group was there 10 November 19. Beautiful sunny day and we ate on the patio. Reception and servers were great people who seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. What they were doing was serving eye appealing and delicious food!!

Lots of locals and tourist frequent this family establishment. Homey, friendly, tasty, fresh!Vegan options are sparse; you’ll have to ask them to modify menu items. I had a fabulous fruit/spinach salad. My husband enjoyed his bacon, egg, cheese bagel.

Hidden gem in Springdale. Mimmosa on the patio in the middle of January

My wife and I had a breakfast burrito and a "Eggs Tomavo" which was their take on a vegetarian Eggs Benedict. Both we excellent. Coffee was the best we had had in a week of traveling. Service was very friendly but not super fast, which was fine with us.

Probably the best place to pickup lunch or breakfast before venturing out into zion national park. The food was fresh, the fruit they give on the side were great. Most importantly I had the best tea I've ever had in my life. Sweet tea is my poison and the coconut almond sun tea they had was insanely delicious. I would definetly hit this place up before you get into the park. The free shuttle can drop you off here as well.

This Apple Berry Salad is the prettiest food, perfectly filling, and SO delicious! I got it vegan style! The staff is very friendly and accommodating to my request for vegan options. The smoothies are so good, too!

Food was great. Ate outdoors with beautiful scenery. Felt like I was visiting a friends home, very cozy. The waffles looked amazing but unavailable.

Little quiet spot with better than expected food. It was one of the first food areas going into Zion and i was really happy eating there. We had the breakfast and the service was great. I would definitely come back again

Charming, eclectic, relaxing environment. Just a great place with great food. If you are in Zion stop for breakfast, you will enjoy it.

This place was one of the highlights of our trip and a must try if you come into Zion. My wife and I had breakfast here twice and both times thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Not only was the food delicious but the environment was very cool as well...very Zion-esque. On top of it all, the owner and her staff members are all super nice! We'll be back someday soon!!

Very good food. Nice eclectic place.

When you find a place where the locals go, follow them. There is usually a reason they do and it's not anyways because they know the people. A little further out of the way but still on the main drag, this "hidden gem" has been around for a while for very good reasons. Always a great place to go, enjoy excellent food and find out what's going on in town.

Homemade breakfast. That’s exactly what I wanted. Everything was perfect, except I prefer smaller pieces of potato in the home style potatoes, but they were still delicious.

Outdoor eating area is adorable with phenomenal views of Zion National Park’s canyons. Extremely fresh breakfast with the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had. Not to mention organic! Felt so comfortable and at home here. Can’t wait to come back and fuel up again for another day in the park!

I fell in love with this cute little spot! Went here for my birthday breakfast, party of 8. The staff were all super friendly and our server was great. I didn't get her name, but she has long blonde hair. She was very attentive and super sweet. Everyone who helped her bring food and stuff was very smiley. The ambiance was perfect, including the music and scenery: succulents, sunflowers, adorable dishware, cute furniture and a chalk wall for kids to write on. The food was great as well. I had a simple breakfast of eggs, potatoes and toast. My coffee and mimosa were both delicious and the fresh fruit garnishes on everything was a great touch! Everyone loved their food. I wish I lived near this restaurant. I'd be here all the time.

Went for breakfast after it came up as the best reviewed breakfast place in springdale. Overpriced, small menu, just okay service at best. Food, mostly organic....and not real tasty. no pancakes, waffles, french toast.... Breakfast burrito with ham and bacon although i didn't see any bacon and saw but didn't taste much ham. not enough cheese, and no seasoning whatsoever. No condiments were offered. No toast provided. The little portion of salsa they provided was actually pretty good, however, and that made the meal a 3 star versus a 2 star. They also give a little bit of fresh fruit which was very fresh and tasty, but such a tiny piece is hardly worth mentioning. $14 for a burrito....and some bland red potatoes.....never again.

Everything tastes homemade and service is top notch. Quirky little restaurant that is a must visit.

Cute place further out in Springdale from Zion but worth the drive. Not a big place but very comfy and artistic. Friendly service and great food too.

Loved the hippy happy vibe from the outside to the inside. Everything was fun, vibrant yet relaxing, and interesting. I loved the water brought in unmatched glassware with mint sprigs and lemon slices. Yes please! So refreshing and just what my tummy needed!!I ordered the Benny (eggs Benedict) which was served with rosemary infused hollandaise sauce, asparagus, and a savory thick slice of ham. Can I just say the eggs were prepared eggscellently - so fluffy and cooked to the exact "doneness" that is a requisite for this dish. Perfection. My husband ordered the Tomavo which was similar, replacing the ham with tomato, and included slices of avocado. Again. Perfection. We had an attentive and friendly server who continued with the cool vibe in her garb. And to top it off, we were treated to classic 70's music throughout our experience.Highly recommend!!

Hippie hipster breakfast and lunch spot just outside the bustle of Springdale. Creatively and caringly prepared food. Beautiful views from the outdoor patio. Wish I had a similar place in my own town!

The breakfast burrito became a wonderful way to start the day especially alongside THOSE potatoes! All enjoyed outdoors on the patio.

Perfect location. Wonderful patio. Kid friendly. Servers were friendly and top notch. Food was amazing. I had the turkey avo sandwich with home fries. Tasted very good. Get a local brew or some nearby coffee. Sit and enjoy breezes thru the cottonwoods.

This restaurant was great find during our stay in Springdale. We stopped in for breakfast and enjoyed good coffee, delicious food, and really good service. We sat outside in the front which was a treat for mid-January, but it was a warm sunny morning. The decor was charming and reminded me of the nifty little cafes and restaurants I grew up loving in the Karoo (South Africa). As for the food the ingredients were fresh and local and tasted really good. Everything was well made and made from scratch.

In so glad I came in here on a whim! Amazing home cooked food, great music, great decor and great service. The locals bring their dogs in the morning and chill on the patio. A little pricey but understandable with location.

Just finished an amazing breakfast here. If I could give TEN stars I would! Simply perfect experience :))

They serve coffee in a unique way, also was organic coffee. Very healthy breakfast, it was obvious no oil been used. Highly recommended if u r in the area or on your way to Zion adventurous.

We loved the eclectic decor, delicious food, and excellent service! There weren't many vegan options for breakfast, but plenty of vegetarian. The coffee was great and we got many refills. Our server was so friendly and gave us helpful recommendations for places to buy some gear that we needed for our hike. We really liked this place and would definitely come back!
Sam Lamantia
Great food, great service. Quick cooking and filling portions.

Staff was very warm and welcoming in this great breakfast spot. Loved their use of thick slabs of bacon and homemade or organic ingredients. You could really taste the brown sugar in their homemade granola and they serve it in a creative manner much like many of their trinkets decorating this cozy cafe.

We had a fantastic eating experience at The Park House! Service was great and the food was fantastic! We loved the simple menu and drink options. The parfait was a perfect blend of soft and crunchy textures with sweet and tart flavors. The two Benedict dishes we had were incredible. The eggs were cooked flawlessly with the rich creamy hollandaise sauce topping. I asked for hot sauce and didn’t end up using it as the potatoes were seasoned delectably and needed nothing. We’ll be back!!!

Amazing service, amazing food. $$ well worth the price

Great spot. The owner is super friendly and the food was incredible. It’s a small menu but has everything you could want for breakfast. The food came out right away too, so it’s a great spot if you’re looking for a quick bite before going into the park. We loved the coffee as well (and the mugs!)
Jason Mayes
Simply the best place to grab breakfast in Zion. Everything was perfect. The atmosphere, the staff, and of course the food. If I'm ever back this way I will be here for sure.

Food and service was delicious and the ambiance is one of a kind. Totally kid friendly, they had chalk my daughter could use to decorate " anywhere", she did the walls, it was all good!

We loved this place! Ate here with our 3 kids and not only was the food delicious, this place has a relaxed, welcoming vibe to it. There was chalk and bubbles for our kids to play w on the outside patio while we waited for our breakfast. The coffee was top notch. My daughters loved the parfait and fruity waffle, while my son very much enjoyed the bacon boy waffle. My husband and I split the veggie omelet and it was so tasty. Fresh veggies and the potatoes and toast that came with it were delicious. I loved all of the details....the decor, plants, upcycled water glasses, the pottery mugs. The waitress was awesome too! Super friendly. We will definitely visit The Park House again when we come back to Zion!
